Flour mill gutted in fire in Siliguri, West Bengal

A flour mill here was gutted when a fire broke out in a multi-storied building at Sevoke road here in the wee hours today.

Fire-brigade sources said six fire tenders doused the flames after battling for nearly three hours.

The fire was probably caused by an electrical short circuit, the sources added.

No casualties were reported so far and the extent of damage was being ascertained, police added.
