Global crude oil price of Indian basket declines to 105.46/bbl

The international crude oil price of the Indian basket, as computed today by the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, went down to $ 105.46 per barrel (bbl) on 10.03.2014.
This was lower than the price of $ 105.81 per bbl on previous trading day of 7.03.2014, an official press release said.
In rupee terms, due to a weaker rupee, the price of the Indian basket increased slightly to Rs 6454.15 per bbl on 10.03.2014 as compared to Rs 6453.35 per bbl on 07.03.2014.
The rupee closed weaker at Rs 61.20 per US$ on 10.03.2014 as against Rs 60.99 per US$ on the previous trading of 07.03.2014, the release added.
