Sachin Tendulkar moves into his dream house in Mumbai

India's star cricketer Sachin Tendulkar today shifted into his dream home at Perry Cross Road in suburban Bandra, saying it was an emotional moment for him.

The house, which looks like a palace, is a renovated pre-independence Parsi villa, which he had bought in 2007 for a whopping Rs 39 crore.

The villa has a spacious parking lot in the basement and the first floor will have two large guest rooms and sitting area, while the master bedroom and children's rooms will be on the second and third floors respectively with a swimming pool on the top floor.
