Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar

Established in 1889, dedicated to livestock research and development, under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, offers post-graduate courses and doctoral programmes in more than 20 disciplines of veterinary and animal sciences, livestock products technology, basic sciences and extension education, has campuses in Mukhteshwar and Bangalore.

National Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology, Delhi

Established in 1985 under the Indian Agricultural Research Institute to undertake research, teaching and training in the areas of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, offers M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes, post-doctoral programmes and short and long-term training programmes for personnel from public and private sector institutions.

Central Sheep and Wool Research Institute, Tonk
