Bhanwari Devi case: key suspect nabbed in Pune

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today arrested Bishna Ram, a key suspect in the case of a missing nurse, Bhanwari Devi in Rajasthan, from Pune
 
According to sources in the agency, the suspect is believed to have disposed of the body of the controversial auxiliary nurse midwife (ANM), who has been missing since September 1.
 
Bishna Ram was on the run for many days and spotted and caught in the Maharashtra town.
 
Bishna Ram's close aide Kailash Jakhar was handed over to the agency by the police here this morning.
 
Kailash is believed to have been associated in the crime with Bishna and others. Kailash's vehicle was said to have been used in transporting Bhanwari after her "abduction" from Bilara.
 
It is believed that Kailash also knew the place in a village in Osian region where they had disposed of the nurse's body.
