Minor quake recorded in Arunachal Pradesh

An earthquake of slight intensity, measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale, was recorded in Arunachal Pradesh this afternoon, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
 
The quake, which had its epicentre at latitude 27.2 degrees North and longitude 92.6 degrees East, occurred at 1246 hours today at a depth of 33 km, an IMD bulletin added.
