Five run over by Kathgodam Express at unmanned crossing in Bihar

Five teenagers were run over and killed by the Kathgodam Express at an unmanned level crossing between Kachahri and Goldenganj stations under Sonepur division of East Central Railway today.

Railway police said here that some locals were crossing the unmanned gate when they were run over by the Kathgodam Express near Goldenganj station.

All the five died on the spot. Those killed were in age group of 15 to 18 years, police said. The bodies had been sent for autopsy, police added.
