4 juveniles held in Chandigarh for student's murder

Police have arrested four students here in connection with the murder of a class IX student of DAV School, Sector 8, in the city.

The decomposed body of the boy, Shubham, was recovered near the railway tracks in Mauli Jagran on Monday evening.

Police arrested four students, all juveniles, in this connection. While one of the accused studied in the same school, the three others were students of Shivalik Public School, Manimajra, Sunbeam Public School, Mauli Jagran and Government School, Manimajra.

Police said the accused had killed Shubham as he had allegedly connived with his uncle who had eloped with the sister of one of them.
