Special train between Delhi and Chandigarh to clear cricket rush

To clear the extra rush of passengers intending to go to watch the cricket World Cup semi-final between India and Pakistan, the Northern Railway has planned to run a Cricket Special train between New Delhi and Chandigarh, a spokesperson of the Northern Railway said.

The special train No 04036 will depart from New Delhi station at 2345 hrs tonight and arrive at Chandigarh at 0415 hrs tomorrow.

The return special train No 04036 will depart from Chandigarh at 0030 hrs on March 31 to reach New Delhi at 0530 hrs the same day.

The special train will have 2-tier AC and sleeper coaches, the spokesperson said.
