Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Premkumar transferred to Sikkim

The President has, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, transferred Mr Justice P D D Premkumar, Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court, to the Sikkim High Court.


Mr Justice Barin Gosh, Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court has been transferred to the Uttarakhand High Court and Mr Justice J S Khehar, Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court to the Karnataka High Court.


An official press release said the judges had been directed to assume charges of their respective offices on or before August 13, 2010.
