Madras High Court judge transfered to Andhra Pradesh

The President has transferred Mr Justice Raja Elango, Additional Judge of the Madras High Court, as an Additional Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

An official press release said the decision was taken by the President in consultation with the Chief Justice of India. It said Mr Justice Elango had been directed to assume charge of his new office on or before March 30.
