Indian Economic Service Examination results declared

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of the written part of the Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2008 held by it in November last year.

An official press release said the candidature of those who have qualified for the interview/personality test, on the basis of the written part of the examination, is provisional.

All these candidates have to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF) which will be supplied to them by the Commission before being called for interview/personality test. In case any candidate does not receive a communication in this regard from the Commission by May 29, he/she should immediately contact the Commission in the matter on Telephone No.011-23098543, 23385271, 23387402 or on Fax No.011-23387310 giving his/her particulars.

The candidate may also contact in person at the facilitation counter at Gate “C” of the Commission office, the release said.

The marks-sheets of candidates who have not qualified, shall be available on the Commission’s website within one month from the publication of the results and would be available on the website for a period of 60 days.

The result is also available on the UPSC website http://www.upsc.gov.in/.
