Prime Minister Manmohan Singh called on President Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Rashtrapati Bhavan today, an official statement said.

"The meeting lasted for about 30 minutes. They discussed about various issues of national and international importance and also the President’s recent state visits to Spain and Poland," the statement from Rashtrapati Bhavan added.
